Fulfillment and Shipping
Processing Time
Custom bling clothing items require 3–4 weeks for production due to the detail and craftsmanship involved. Once your order is complete, it will ship immediately via your selected shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days (U.S.) after fulfillment.

A flat rate of $6.00 applies to all domestic orders under $35. Orders of $35 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Need your custom bling item faster? We offer Rush My Order service. For $25, your order will be:

Refund and Cancellation
Order Cancellation
Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, materials are ordered and work begins, so cancellations will no longer be accepted. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order.
Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check all personalization details before submitting your order. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our end, please contact us within 5 business days so we can make it right.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued for orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase or if an item arrives damaged and cannot be replaced. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless the error is ours. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
